Landon has officially finished Elementary school. In BV, we go K-4th, then Middle school is 5-7, and High School is 8-12. So Landon next year will be at the Middle School. He is excited but a little nervous at the same time. Understandable. But he has done so well in Elementary. His awards Ceremony was held Thursday June 5th, and is called not Graduation, but a Promotion Ceremony. He received many awards and one very special letter.
Landon did very well this year, but last year as well! He passed all of his S.O.L's (Standards of Learning) Tests last year and this year and received Straight A's both years as well. This qualified him as one of just a few recipients from his school for the Presidential Education Award. If you can tell, he's pretty stunned!
