We love Virginia. It is so beautiful this time of year. And so Memorial Day 2014 dawned and it was a BEAUTIFUL day. What better way to spend it than by going on a hike. So, we loaded up the car, and drove to the Mount Pleasant Hiking Loop. The entire hike is around 6 miles, and we didn't think that we could do that whole thing with the kids, so we did the 3 mile loop to an outlook that had a pretty awesome view. During the hike, we saw some nature, a huge deer cross the path, and some wonderful views. Ate lunch on the trail, and sang a lot of songs. Everyone did awesome. It was a great hike, and a great Memorial Day!
