When we got a new camera last year we let the kids have free reign of the old one. One day they brought it to SVU as I was preparing for a home match. When Mom is away the kids will play! This is what we found on the camera later.
This night was "Dig Pink" night. Where the volleyball team collects donations and raises awareness for breast cancer. Chad and the kids were in charge of donations at the door. I'm pretty sure the only reason we raised anything was because Landon would personally go up to people and "convince" them to donate for this worthy cause. The kids dancing didn't hurt either. They were our time-out entertainment. Anytime the music came on you had three Mahaffey's breaking out some serious dance moves! I think we gained fans just because of it. Sydney told me later at Nationals that it was probably a good thing they didn't go because everyone would be watching their dancing and not the volleyball girls. Ha! There is some confidence for you! Now if I could have just given a little of that to the team!
