Wednesday, December 21st.
Today our outing was to the Jacob Ballas Children's Garden. It is a part of the LARGE Botanic Gardens of Singapore. We found out just how large when I told mom not to worry about if the cab driver knew exactly where the children's garden was. Oops!
We were dropped off on the other side of the garden's so we started a leisurely stroll through the gardens. It was beautiful, to bad it was 85+ a lot of humidity.
Here we are among the huge banana leaves. Chad got to tell the kids all about using them for umbrellas in the Philippines.
One of our first stops was a hedge maze. Landon decided it would be fun to race, on your marks get set go!
And the winner is, with a little help from Chad, Keely and Karli! They were so proud of themselves. Finally they got to be first at something!
Oh to be the size of an ant!
This play structure looked like it came straight out of Swiss Family Robinson.
Still having fun even though it was sooo hot! Those were some red cheeks!
Snack time!
Oooh, a mister tree. We were excited to see this. We had no idea that around the corner we would find...
...a fantastic water play area!
Mr. Happy loving life!
