Chickmunks!

Tuesday Dec. 20th

"Chickmunks"  Keely was so excited to go and see the "Chickmunks."  I loved how she said it.  It made sense to me that the girl chipmunks would be called chickmunks.  Off we went to the movie theater for some fun.

 These darling girls just couldn't get enough of each other!

This whole trip was just so exciting who can stay on the ground?

 Landon and his toy magazine.  He got it the night before at the mall when Uncle Chad took him into a toy store.  He saw some things he liked and asked Uncle Chad to ask his parents for them.  Sly, he knows what the answer would be.  He loved the magazine though.  He barely looked up from it the whole day.

There were large statues of the chipmunks for a great photo op.  Keely was a little bit nervous of them so she kept her distance.  Landon was still interested in his magazine, the kid loves toys!

The movie was fun, even Keely and Karli enjoyed it with the help of some popcorn!

Here we are enjoying some Bread Talk.  A great little place full of breads of any kind, sweet, savory or down right delicious.  The kids had a Singapore version of pigs in a blanket.  My favorite was a cheese kind with sugar.  Yum!  I wish I could eat there for lunch every day.  

Next the kids talked Grandma into some gelato.  Keely loved the chocolate!  You could see the evidence all over her face and shirt by the time she was done.

Getting ready to ride the train.  I love how close everything seems just a few train stops away.

I love this walk it makes me smile whenever we are on it, so beautiful and tranquil.  On our way back we met...

...the boys, and Ashley.  Ashley got to come back with us while they went out for lunch at the Mariott and to check into Lisa and Chad's hotel room for their anniversary.
