Field Trip to Safari Park

I got to go with Landon's 1st grade class on a field trip to the Safari Park a while back. There are few things that measure up with the excitement of a field trip. The kids were practically bouncing all over the bus they were so excited. It was a lot of fun to see. It makes me remember how fun it is to be a kid and truly enjoy every moment. We had a great time on the wagon ride feeding the animals. We even got to see a camel swallow a bucket whole!

After the field trip I got to take Landon home early from school. Since Keely was sleeping and my mom was watching her and Sydney, we decided to drop the truck off with Dad and walk home. We had a great time just walking and talking and crunching through the leaves. It was so nice not to be in a rush and just spend time with Landon. He's gone at school so much that it's hard to get those one on one moments. We had a great day!!
