Volleyball

I wasn't sold on coaching this year because there was so much going on. In short they talked me into it. I love doing it but it is hard on the kids. We ended this year with a trip to Indiana for Nationals where we took third. I was gone to Indiana for 5 days. We had some great help watching the kids by our friends the Grawrocks. Sunday morning as Chad was doing Sydney's hair, Landon looked at him and said, "Dad, your just not mom." Sydney was excited for me to get back that day as well. What we didn't know is she had ulterior motives. I came home when they were down for maps. Chad went to get Sydney when she woke up because he said she wanted to say boo to me. Instead she clung to Chad and would not look at me. She proceeded to give me the silent treatment for a half an hour until I ignored her screams and grabbed her. Apparently she wanted to let me know she was not happy I had left her.
