Fun at the splash pad

Springville, where Michelle's sister lives with her Husband and kids, has this amazing place they call the "Splash Pad."  It's in between the Firehouse and Police Station and is really cool.  It's basically all cement, but it starts at one end with a 3 foot high, and 10 foot long wall and has a waterfall coming cascading down it.  That water runs through a stream like area that has rocks cemented in, and has small sprays of water all over the stream area.  At the end is a large cement pad about 20 foot in diameter that has tons of the water jet streams shooting in the air making for a fun area to run around and get wet.  The kids loved it and we had fun.  We took a pizza dinner and ate there and there was a snow cone shack there too, so we all got snow cones to end the day.  The town shuts it off at 8:00 pm every day, and so when the water turns off, everyone goes home.  Lots of fun!

Keely made a new friend.  She's kind of quiet though, and doesn't like to do anything new, so…ha ha ha.

Sydney running down the river, over a couple rocks and through the water jets.

Landon tried hard for a while not to get wet…didn't work so well!  Lese loves the water but those water jets were too fun to try and run underneath!

A picture of the entire river area.
