St. Patricks Day, 2013! We had lots of fun today...green eggs and Lucky Charms for Breakfast. Salmon, Irish Soda Bread, and Irish Mashed Potatoes - Colcannon for Dinner. It was TOTALLY yummy! But the highlight of the day was when the kids wanted to hear some traditional Irish music. So we went to Youtube and searched. The girls saw one video for the Riverdance Group and wanted to see that, not REALLY knowing what it was. We started watching one and they were into it right away. They started dancing and trying to tap dance. that progressed into getting their black shoes on (because that was the color of the tap shoes they wore in the video) and tried to tap some more. Then even Landon got into it and put his shoes on and tried his hand, or foot, at it. It was pretty cute. It was fun!
